Flock of Dimes pulls roughly 96K monthly listeners on Spotify, with 18K fans tracking the act on Bandsintown.
The act
Formed in 2011, out of Baltimore, MD, Flock of Dimes has been touring behind a strengthening catalog into a live act with national reach.
Flock of Dimes is the solo project of Jenn Wasner, who also co-fronts Wye Oak and tours as a member of Bon Iver's live band. The Baltimore-rooted, North Carolina-based songwriter has released three full-lengths under the Flock of Dimes name on Sub Pop, working in a synth-leaning indie register distinct from her Wye Oak guitar work.
The venue
The Southern Café & Music Hall sits at 103 South 1st Street, a 300-capacity intimate listening room operated by Starr Hill Presents under booker Danny Shea.
Southern programs eclectically across rising indie, folk, and singer-songwriters. The room runs 300 general-admission, with sightlines from front-of-house to the back of the floor.
The night
Doors 7:00 PM. Set 8:00 PM. All ages. Ticket prices are set on the on-sale.
