CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA. Steep Canyon Rangers will perform at The Jefferson Theater on May 16, 2026, at a one-night Charlottesville stop. The Golden Hours opens the night.

The Asheville, NC-formed bluegrass has been touring since 2000. Steep Canyon Rangers came together at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000 and have spent the next two decades building one of the most respected catalogs in modern bluegrass.

The Jefferson Theater is a 750-capacity room at 110 East Main Street in Charlottesville, VA. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10:00 a.m. ET via the venue. Doors 7:00 p.m.; show 8:00 p.m.
