Winyah is an indie southern-rock five-piece from Georgetown and Pawleys Island, South Carolina, named for the historic Winyah Bay. Frontman Thomas Rowland leads a lineup of Stephen Russell, Luke Gordon, Robert Buffington Jr., and Jacob Riley. Their 2025 debut Lot to Learn cleared thirteen million streams and put the band on Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza. The Charlottesville date is a co-headline with Atlanta funk-rock outfit Penelope Road.
